CONTRACT BARGAINING IS THIS YEAR.
SCOPE IS PLANNING A SERIES OF TOWN HALL MEETINGS TO ASK MEMBERS WHAT THEY WANT TO SEE IN THE UPCOMING BARGAINING SESSIONS.
